Return & Exchange Policy – Lang Essentials
At Lang Essentials, we’re passionate about creating high-quality clothing for tall women. While we’re unable to accept returns, we’re happy to offer exchanges for another size or length within three days of receiving your order to help you find the perfect fit.
To be eligible for an exchange, please email us at info@langessentials.com within 3 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and specify the new size or length you'd like. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate the situation and provide a resolution at our discretion.

Missing or Stolen Packages
Lang Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your local post office or carrier. If necessary, you may file a claim with the shipping provider.
