Shipping Times & Processing

At Lang Essentials, we are committed to delivering high-quality clothing designed for tall women. Please review our shipping timelines carefully before placing an order.

  • Pre-Made Items: Please allow 7-14 business days (excluding weekends) for order processing and shipping. Orders placed on Fridays will typically be shipped the following Friday.
  • Pre-Order Items: Please allow 4-5 weeks for production and shipping.

Once your order is placed, we cannot change the shipping address. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses & Return to Sender

If an order is returned to sender due to an incomplete or incorrect address entered by the customer, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee to have the item reshipped to the correct address.

International Shipping & Duties

  • Taxes and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes depending on your country. These are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer upon arrival.
  • If an international package is returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for paying additional shipping costs for reshipment.

Order Tracking & Carrier Information

All items will be shipped in a timely manner via UPS/USPS. Once your order is fulfilled, you will automatically receive an email or text message with tracking information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Lang Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered."
  • If your package was marked as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier (UPS/USPS).
  • At this time, we do not offer replacements or reshipment orders for lost/stolen packages. A new order must be placed.
